Had some troubles with the automated check-in, but staff helped me to sort it out.

The stay and the hotel were awesome located. Easy to find, close to the subway station. Cleaning and the room were good and it was very quiet. Although I had some problems, I liked the autonomous hotel idea.

Although the automated check-in process is really cool, I had some trouble with the application since it was not completing my check-in at a first moment and didn't telling me why it was erroring out. After some attempts, I filled up some other fields and the check-in worked but the key it was giving me didn't work. In the end, after talking with the staff, it was sorted out and fixed.

great location, but really a bad experience from all points of views on the hotel

it’s a good one, but really poorly maintained.

The rooms was not cleaned for 2 days, even after cleaned still dirty and smelly, the bad was broken and the shower don’t work and the water was very cold .. the Hotel spend 2 days to fix it, and only the shower was fixed.

Location is ok

Tv not working. The power electricity was interrupted and I could not contact anyone to have the problem resolved. A lot of noise very early in the morning as there is a big construction site right beside the accommodation. Air-conditioning not working well. Checkout very early at 11am There was a huge leak in the room. It rained inside the room.

Not worth the cost

The cleaning staff

The audacity of this place! Before I checked-in I specifically requested for a late check-out of 2pm. I have on record that request was approved. The cleaning staff knocks on my door and they tell me, they expect someone at 1pm. I call the front desk and the guy tells me: "Yeah, you can stay in the property until 2pm but you need to leave the room at 11am." Unbelievable!! It seemed he was saying such because it made it easier for him without having to change anything for the new person staying in the room. They have a kitchen in the property but not for guests and the pool was disgusting.

I can NOT sleep with mosquitoes!! Some guests arrived at 2:00 am and we're very noisy. I think the people were drunk. They were very disrespectful. I could not sleep!!!
